Considered a radio genius by those who worked with him in the industry, Bob Crane was a powerhouse in broadcasting. Therefore, it was inevitable for me to quickly become drawn into the world of radio as I researched Bob's biography. Through many of my radio friends in Connecticut, New York, and California, I learned not just about Bob's radio career, but also about broadcasting in general. My interest in and appreciation of radio—past and present—paved the way for something new and exciting for me.

As manager and owner of the official campaign for Bob Crane's induction into the National Radio Hall of Fame, which I started in 2011, I learned how to edit audio and video files to showcase Bob's extensive work in radio and television, which I share on SoundCloud and YouTube. After Bob Crane: The Definitive Biography was published in 2015, I began promoting the book through public speaking engagements and radio interviews, which led to the 2017 podcast based on the book, The Bob Crane Show: Reloaded. I wrote the scripts, edited and spliced tracks, provided voice over segments, placed sound effects and position music, and uploaded and maintained podcast episodes on the hosting site. The Bob Crane Show: Reloaded is no longer in production or available. However, in 2019, I revived my podcasting work for Bob Crane and launched a new podcast based on my book, entitled Flipside: The True Story of Bob Crane, followed by several other podcasts, including 'Hogan's Heroes' Revue.

I am Podcast Production Manager for Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc. (AJJ), a service I am proud to say I brought to the company in 2017. Currently, under my supervision, AJJ provides podcasting services for Jannetti Publications, Inc. (MEDSURG Nursing, Nursing Economic$, and Pediatric Nursing journals), the American Nephrology Nurses Association, and the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association. 

On December 26, 2018, I established my own company, Carol M Ford Productions, LLC. Carol M. Ford Productions, LLC, provides podcasting and video production, music composition, and voice over services. As my company grows, I am eager to take on new clients to help them achieve their podcasting goals.

Flipside: The True Story of Bob Crane features my two coauthors Linda Groundwater and Dee Young, along with myself. Together, we will delve into our experiences of researching Bob Crane for his biography and discuss Bob as we have come to know and understand him—through more than 200 people who knew the Hogan's Heroes star better than most. In addition to overseeing all production processes, I also serve as co-host with Linda and Dee.'Hogan's Heroes' Revue will examine each episode of Hogan's Heroes, provide insider details, and feature selected Hogan's Heroes fan fiction.

Ye Olde Terror Inn is hosted by horror novelist Sue Rovens and myself. Set in a haunted tavern in the English countryside, frightful and disturbing tales will be shared with the wandering, weary traveler...for a price. Ye Olde Terror Inn launched on April 1, 2021. Also launching is Letters from the Frontlines, which will showcase selected letters written by those serving in the U.S. Armed Forces during wartime and that were sent home to their family and loved ones.
